Grade 2’s third term Inquiry of Australaisia culminated in a fantastic celebration on Tuesday. Students shared their learning of individual countries with peers and parents. Groups displayed and decorated their stalls with their new found knowledge through a multitude of creative mediums, such as posters, digital slideshows, maps, flags and dioramas.All students did a fantastic job in articulating key cultural and geographical similarities and differences to Australia.
The schools hall became a bustling and energetic space, that was not entirely different to that of a busy, buzzing and colourful marketplace somewhere in South East Asia.
A big thanks to all students from foundation to grade three who attended, as well as parents who helped us all celebrate a wonderful region of the world.
