This week, the students of Grade One walked down to the Toorak/South Yarra library. We were lucky that the rain held off so we could embark on our first little excursion for the year. At the library we were shown the different sections of the Junior Reader’s area. Reading different styles of stories ideally helps the children inspire their own writing.
There were lots of great books, toys and comfy cushions to sit on. The students were very responsible and represented the school in a great manner.
Here are some photos from the day!
