Over the last few weeks, the Year 3 students have been learning about procedural texts in their reading and writing classes in addition to incorporating this in Technology lessons.
In Technology, the students have been using Makey-Makey devices to learn about circuits and coding. The students have been following procedural texts about the devices and creating musical instruments using the device, alligator clips and pencil and paper to work through opening and closing circuits.
Some of the students have made electronic drums, pianos and saxophones whilst learning about these great circuit and coding skills.
