Acting Principal’s Report

Thank you to the many volunteers who baked delicious homemade goodies, sold raffle tickets or who helped in any way at the election day stall. The day was a huge success with hundreds of democracy sausages cooked and sold and many appreciative voters walked away with scrumptious delights baked by our wonderful community. The stall was a huge success in creating both community spirit and raising funds for our school. We thank Alicia Brown and her many volunteers for their time and effort to make this all happen along with Sam Wood and Alicia Hanneberry for the Yr 6 graduation raffle and the array of very persuasive Yr 6 students who sold many raffle tickets!

Thank you to all students who walked to school last Friday morning for ‘Walk Safely to School Day!’ We had a fantastic turnout with many students, parents and staff joining in on the event. We were very fortunate to have breakfast provided by Baker’s Delight and we were also joined by our local police members who assisted with supervision and also handed out stickers. A big thanks to Ms. Segrave for organising the event.

All staff members are busily writing student progress reports in preparation for parent teacher interviews to be held early next term. Reports will be available on Thursday 23rd of June
