On Monday the 30th of July, the Year 3’s went to Scienceworks and experienced an adventure into the sky. We had the chance to learn about day, night and space, our next inquiry unit. In the planetarium we got to lie back and learn about the constellations in the night sky and why we get each season. We also learnt that we could see five planets at once in the night’s sky.
After a quick lunch break, we were able to explore the Scienceworks exhibits such as Sportsworks, Think Ahead and Beyond Perception: Seeing The Unseen.
Overall we had fantastic day learning new things!
