We’re halfway through the month already?! Time flies, so we thought we’d remind everyone that there is still time to spread the word and tell everyone you know to pop their token in our Toorak Primary School jar at Grill’d Malvern.

Gratitude is an important part of being mindful. Today take a moment to remind yourself of the importance of gratitude. Take a moment and reflect on what you are grateful for in your life… it could be your job, your family, your sporting prowess… whatever it is take a moment to acknowledge these great things in your life.
