With “Carols and Songs of Celebration”, which is our much loved traditional end of year whole school event cancelled for this year, it’s good to know there is something fun to look forward to…and that’s our WELCOME PICNIC which is scheduled for Thursday 11 February, 5-7pm. So save that date and put it in your diary, now!
Ironically, the Welcome Picnic was our first and last event for 2021 due to Covid!
And next year’s event is going to be massive with plans well underway. We don’t want to reveal too much at this stage but all the usual favourites are back – the sausage sizzle, a Photo Booth and the Jumping Castle (dedicated to the younger students) plus some BIG surprises! There will be even more activities than in previous years, for children of all ages, as we have a lot of fun to catch up on.
The Welcome Picnic is a whole school event which means students, parents and carers and teachers are all invited to attend. It’s a wonderful opportunity to catch up with old friends after the summer holidays and to welcome new students and their families to our school community.
