Year 4 Charity dinner

Charity Dinner

As part of our sustainability unit looking at food production, from harvesting to how it is used and distributed, Grade 4 will be hosting a charity dinner. During the course of the evening students will have the opportunity to share their persuasive writing regarding the wastage of food by supermarkets. This dinner will take place in the final week of term, on Wednesday the 27th June at 6:30 pm until 8:00 pm, and will occur in the hall. As part of the spirit of sharing and helping one another, all attendees are required to bring a dish per person to share. Students will also be cooking some of our school produce for the event. As this is a sustainable event, attendees are required to bring plates, cutlery and cups for personal use. We are also looking for any parents who have experience in a kitchen as a cook or chef to aid the students in preparing meals. If you could please RSVP via the invitation that is being sent home, detailing the amount of people attending, it would be very much appreciated. Extended family members are welcome.

Parent Interviews

Parent teacher interviews are also rapidly approaching and are being held in week 10, from the 18th June. Times have been posted online, please make a booking as soon as you can in order to reserve your desired time slot.
